A quick, kind checklist that sets your week on calm footing. No deep cleans, no overhauls — just simple anchors.

Step 1: Laundry + quick surfaces (10 minutes)

Start one laundry batch — sheets or towels are perfect. While the machine runs, wipe the key surfaces: kitchen counter, bathroom sink, desk. These make the biggest visual difference.
