The 1-3-1 Weekly Plan

A light structure that prevents overwhelm and keeps you moving.

1 Focus

The one priority that matters most this week. Write it at the top. This ensures progress even if everything else slips.

3 Supports

Three medium-sized actions or habits that back up your focus. For example, if your focus is “finish client proposal,” supports might be “schedule review call,” “research competitor pricing,” and “block 2 hours to write.”

1 Nice-to-Do

A bonus task that feels good if it happens, but doesn’t derail you if it doesn’t. Think “organize photos” or “try a new recipe.”

This 1-3-1 rhythm keeps you moving while avoiding overloaded to-do lists.
