Protect Your Attention

Your focus is precious. Guard it with boundaries that stick.

1. Block Deep Work

Pick 90 minutes, 2–3 times a week. No meetings, no notifications. Guard it like a doctor’s appointment.

2. Single-Task by Default

Close tabs you don’t need. Write down the one task at hand. Give it full attention until done or paused.

3. Energy Awareness

Do your hardest work when your energy is naturally highest — usually mornings for most people. Save email for later.
